The facilities in Ávila employ 200 people and feature large-scale, fully automated production lines, innovative IQF lines, and cutting-edge cheese processing and grating technology. The plant is equipped with the latest technology to produce cheese strips, including flavored options, and applications for the booming "stuffed crust" market. Ornua Ingredients Europe's Ávila facilities have advanced equipment and the appropriate scale to produce a complete range of customized pizza cheese blends and formats, meeting the growing international market needs, which currently stands at 130 billion euros.
