Every year, Brazil generates 81 million tons of waste. Orizon exists to transform this volume into new resources. A pioneer in waste valorization, we transform what would be discarded into biogas, biomethane, renewable electricity, recyclable materials, CDR, organic fertilizers, and carbon credits. With the incorporation of Vital Engenharia Ambiental in June 2026, we took a historic step and consolidated ourselves as the largest waste valorization company in Latin America. Today we have 30 Ecoparks in 15 states, responsible for approximately 35% of all properly disposed of waste in Brazil, equivalent to more than 14 million tons per year, serving about 40 million people. We are more than 15,000 people who, every day, do what almost no one sees and everyone needs. Drivers, sanitation workers, operators, engineers, technicians, and managers who wake up early to transform waste into value. At Orizon, waste is not the end. It is the beginning of something bigger.
