Founders are still in the loop. Marketing is supposed to “just get traction”. And the hire ends up stuck in the middle. That’s where we come in. Orion works with Randstad based startups and scaleups hiring mid to senior marketing and sales talent. We spend our time in this market. We know the companies, the teams, and what usually goes wrong at this stage. Before we search, we slow things down on purpose. We help define what this role is actually responsible for in the first year, what it is not, and what success would look like if things go right. Then we run a focused search and stay involved while the hire lands. You could say we help companies find the right people before everything is supposed to “just work”.
