The Organización Equitel is a Colombian business group founded in 1959 with 709 members. The Organización Equitel is comprised of the following companies: - Cummins de los Andes, authorized distributor for a large part of Colombian territory for the Cummins brand, the largest manufacturer of diesel engines over 200HP in the world, with over 90 years in the market and presence in 190 countries. It has headquarters in Bogotá, Medellín, Ibagué, Duitama, Villavicencio, and Barranquilla, the latter for Cummins Power Generation exclusively. It provides genuine spare parts, engines, filters, maintenance, and installation of stationary equipment and workshop services. -Ingenergía, a company dedicated to rational energy use and on-site generation projects with 56.5 MW installed in distributed energy projects. Ingenergia is the sole authorized distributor in Colombia for Cummins Power Generation's ESB (Energy Solutions Business) projects. -GAF International, the application of technologies and procedures that optimize equipment fluids allows this company to focus on increasing the productivity of its clients' operations by reducing their costs, increasing equipment availability, and decreasing environmental impact. -LAP Technologies, develops real-time monitoring programs to optimize fleet maintenance, logistics, operation, and safety. -Equitel S.A, the company responsible for managing all operations of the group's companies and where Equitel Buses is also located, a distributor of Modassa Buses in Colombia. Additionally, the Organization markets Palfinger brand products through solutions aimed at increasing client productivity.
