About OPW Clean Energy Solutions

OPW Clean Energy Solutions (OPW CES) is a global provider of engineered cryogenic equipment, fluid-handling systems, and infrastructure solutions supporting the world’s growing clean-energy and industrial gas markets. Formed in December 2021 through the acquisition of ACME Cryogenics and RegO Products, OPW CES has continued to expand its cryogenic expertise with the addition of CPC-Cryolab, Demaco, and SPS Cryogenics/Special Gas Systems (SPS-SGS) in 2024. Together, our brands deliver highly engineered solutions for hydrogen, LNG, helium, industrial gas, aerospace, scientific, and alternative-energy applications. Our portfolio includes cryogenic valves, vacuum-insulated piping systems, vaporizers, bayonets, hoses, manifolds, pressure-building systems, and fluid-transfer components designed to support the safe production, storage, transfer, and distribution of cryogenic liquids and gases. Across every connection point—from fueling infrastructure to mission-critical cryogenic systems—OPW CES combines decades of engineering expertise, precision manufacturing, and global support to help customers accelerate performance with confidence. Our family of brands includes: ACME Cryogenics – mission-critical cryogenic products and services. RegO Products – engineered flow-control solutions for cryogenic and liquefied-gas applications. CPC-Cryolab – cryogenic equipment for hydrogen and helium systems. Demaco – vacuum-insulated piping solutions for cryogenic transfer systems. SPS-SGS – vacuum-insulated pipeline systems for industrial gas applications. At OPW CES, reliability is more than a standard—it’s engineered into every solution.
