About Opcore

OpCore is a European datacenter specialist owned by Iliad Group (50%) and InfraVia (50%). Since 1999, we design, construct, and operate industrial-scale, high-performance cloud and AI modular datacenters. Our current 50 MW capacity spans Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and Poland, expanding to 100 MW by the end of 2026 through additional capacity at our existing Paris region campuses and with an additional 530 MW under development. Engineering and innovation are at our core—from pioneering adiabatic cooling technology to our revolutionary modular Hybrid Datacenter Design (HDD) that enables MW-by-MW customization of power and cooling. Our flagship development project, the "Montereau AI Factory," located 65km south of Paris, is delivered in partnership with EDF. It is France's fastest "fast track" connection to RTE's 400 kV grid and will provide 400 MW of AI-ready capacity by the end of 2028.
