Opco des Entreprises de Proximité is one of the main players in the professional training and apprenticeship ecosystem. Opco EP provides technical support to the 54 professional branches in its area of intervention, covering a total of 434,600 companies and 2.4 million employees, in terms of forward-looking employment and skills management (GPEC), creation of professional certifications and definition of funding levels for apprenticeship contracts. It also finances apprenticeship schemes (apprenticeship contract, professionalization contract and promotion or retraining through apprenticeship - “Pro A”). Building on its territorial network, Opco EP can thus support small and medium-sized enterprises in analyzing and defining their professional training needs in light of the economic changes in their sector.
