About Only About Children

At Only About Children, we’re proud to be one of Australia’s leading childcare and preschool/kindergarten providers for children aged from six weeks to five years. We are More Than Childcare. Our unique approach to early learning focuses on education, social development, health and wellbeing. It’s specially designed to give every child the best start to life and we call it The OAC Way. We operate over 80 campuses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our campuses give us the opportunity to provide high-quality early learning and care to over 8,000 families and employ over 2,000 people. Attracting, developing and retaining our people is essential to The OAC Way, and we believe our people are worth more. Whether that be more pay & benefits, more wellbeing, more recognition, and more development – we empower our people to thrive professionally & personally and in turn deliver the best quality outcomes for children and families in our care.
