Vision To contribute to giving all students, regardless of background, the same opportunities and conditions for a good education. Mission To strengthen the student's language skills in a way that benefits the learning of Swedish and other subjects in and outside of school. Teachers Teachers are our most important resource. They come from different countries with different cultures and all have different experience from teaching and school. All new employees undergo an introductory training where we focus on curriculum and course plans and go through how the Swedish school system works. It is important that teachers understand the significance they have for the students' knowledge development in all subjects in the Swedish school. During the semester, teachers meet in subject working groups and in pedagogical forums where we work with pedagogical planning and equivalent assessment. We strive for all teachers to share their pedagogical plans with students and guardians and to work formatively. Teachers working in schools that have Schoolsoft manage attendance and knowledge matrices digitally. We also support teachers by observing their lessons at the schools. Our ambition is to retain our teachers for a long time through good personnel policy and ensure continuity in teaching. The operation is continuously evaluated through contact with the school's mother tongue responsible, teachers, students and parents.
