The Tecnocasa brand was born in 1979, when its founder, Oreste Pasquali, began a development plan for real estate brokerage agencies on the outskirts of Milan, Italy. The idea of building a network of street-level offices, providing transparency in real estate brokerage services with direct customer contact, was innovative for the sector. In 1986, the franchise model was adopted for the existing 60 real estate brokerage offices. This choice meant relinquishing direct management of the real estate agencies and required great clarity and transparency between franchisor and franchisee. The chosen model also created optimal conditions for planning synergies and economies of scale, advantageous for both franchisees and clients wishing to sell, buy, or rent a home with the Tecnocasa Group. In 1994, Tecnocasa arrived in Spain, following the same principles as in Italy. The brand opened its first office in the city of Barcelona. That same year, offices opened in Madrid, Valencia, Malaga, and other Spanish cities, ending the year with 19 Tecnocasa real estate offices in our country. In 2024, the Tecnocasa Group celebrated the 30th anniversary of its arrival in Spain, where it currently has over 1000 franchised offices across its three brands.
