Odsherred Kommune

About Odsherred Kommune

Odsherred is for people who have made an active choice to live the good life in the middle of Denmark. We do this in a unique nature that stimulates the mind and inspires those who want to develop the way we live, experience, work and do business. The ice age landscape, the coasts, the artists, the raw materials and the cultural history are our strengths and pride. And here, nature is not something you go on an excursion to. It is something you open the door to. Many have found this out. In season, the 33,000 citizens in our 12 town and village communities are visited by over 100,000 holiday homeowners and tourists. This makes the region Denmark's largest holiday municipality with a life and a community that appeals to activity all year round.
