For decades, Ocyan has been providing services to the upstream oil and gas sector, structuring its operations across three business lines. In OFFSHORE PRODUCTION, we are the only Brazilian operator of FPSO units. We currently operate four units through a joint venture with Altera Infrastructure, maintaining long-term contracts with major oil operators. In SUBSEA, we are involved in decommissioning projects for deepwater subsea installations in Brazil and execute EPCI projects, such as the Campos Basin gas network revitalization project, carried out through a consortium with Mota-Engil. We also have extensive experience in chartering and operating flexible lay vessels (PLSV). We also have a dedicated business for SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGIES, serving the Offshore Maintenance and Services market through engineering, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, maintenance, repair, and painting solutions. Seeking to expand our capacity to offer solutions for the energy industry—as well as for adjacent markets and industrial assets—we provide digital and technological products and services through Nexio, our solutions hub, in partnership with Elogroup, structured around three main pillars: asset performance management, operational intelligence, and energy efficiency.
