Job description: Company specializing in telecom solutions for SMEs is looking for a Telemarketer to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making appointments with decision-makers within SMEs in departments 11/12/15/19/31/46/49/81/82. You will work with a list of potential clients and use specific criteria to identify relevant prospects. Primary responsibilities: • Use a provided list to make appointments with decision-makers in target SMEs. • Apply selection criteria to target suitable companies (5 to 20 workstations, specified exclusions). • Comply with internal guidelines regarding the use of email addresses and sales representatives' calendars. • Ensure a high level of politeness and courtesy in all interactions with prospects. • Record communications to allow for the evaluation of call quality and performance improvement. Required qualifications: • Previous experience in appointment setting or telephone prospecting, preferably in the telecommunications sector. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently while meeting established goals and guidelines. • Aptitude to filter and qualify prospects according to defined criteria. • Practical knowledge of computer tools and ability to use appointment scheduling software. Additional information: • Contract type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) • Work location: Olemps (12) • Number of hours: 24 hours per week. • Salary: €12 gross per hour and a bonus of €20 per qualified appointment made. • This position offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.
