About Nxt Property Management

Nxt Property Management was founded in 2017 with Western States Lodging as their multi-family management division. In two years, our portfolio grew to over 5,000 units. As a local specialist in Utah, we manage sites from Logan to Orem. We are confident in our recruiting efforts and have been successful in attracting and retaining the best talent. We believe our personal-touch culture translates to reduced turnover both with staff and residents, which has proven to maximize NOI and increase overall property value.
