NURSEA sustainable micro-nurseries welcome young children in Provence in the cities of Marseille, Allauch, and Avignon. Within its nurseries, Nursea chooses a caring and ecological approach by adopting the Montessori and Loczy pedagogies, recognized for free motor skills and awakening through autonomous play. Strong values? Caring for families and employees, the role of parents and support for parenting, organic food for children. Currently undergoing Ecolo-crèche certification, Nursea is committed to integrating ecological actions into its projects, whether in construction, facilities, or children's games. An approach to food based on the desire to offer homemade cuisine using fresh, local, and organic products. To achieve this, Nursea has established a trusted partnership with the caterer Nurs'eat. At Nursea, diversity of profiles is essential to successfully carry out its educational project: Early Childhood Educator, Nurse, Dietitian, or Psychomotrician. This multidisciplinary approach allows them to offer support for parenting and to accompany its NURS' on a daily basis.
