The Neuroscience Centers of Florida Foundation, Inc. (NSCFF) d/b/a Brain Center (BC) is an IRS designated, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, established to improve healthcare delivery and address the unmet needs of neurological patients with a concentration on chronic neurological diseases; namely, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis. As a comprehensive care organization, BC aims to provide diagnosis, treatment, disease management, support services, and education to patients and their caregivers to keep patients at home, at work, and out of the hospital. Currently, we are providing neurology services through federally qualified health centers in Miami-Dade County and work with primary care providers to coordinate care. We also offer educational and therapeutic programs, social support services, case management, individual and family counseling.
