At Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. (NWRECC), we are a 501(c)(3) Idaho nonprofit dedicated to creating and preserving affordable housing while strengthening communities and supporting residents. Guided by our mission, Housing with Pride, Life with Dignity, we are committed to making a meaningful, lasting impact for the families and communities we serve. Our properties span across Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming, primarily throughout the western United States. We provide affordable housing for low-income families who are vulnerable to homelessness by managing federal, state, and local affordable housing programs. Our goal is to make sure residents have access to decent, safe, and sanitary housing while fostering stability, dignity, and opportunity within the communities we serve.
