Coaches (teachers) at NEAAAT demonstrate a commitment to ensure that every student graduates from high school ready for college, careers, and life. Through rigorous teaching and learning based on a common instructional framework and a set of common core values that include teamwork, inclusiveness, challenge, professionalism, innovation, and service, educators at NEAAAT partner with students to foster a culture of collaborative learning. Instructional coaches strive to provide students with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) knowledge, skills, and dispositions that will enable them to participate fully in a technologically-rich, contemporary society.
