We serve companies with 15 or more employees that are growing but still feel disorganized. What we do: Organize routines for hiring, vacations, dismissals, payroll, and other demands that are currently done "however possible." Create clear workflows so the team can work with greater security, without depending on the owner for everything. We take care of the control and compliance with all Regulatory Standards (NRs). We prepare leaders to assume responsibilities, reducing the owner's overload and improving team efficiency. Facilitate communication between HR and accounting, avoiding errors, rework, and legal problems. Our role is to simplify what seems complicated, bringing order to people management routines, with well-defined, secure activities that provide more peace of mind for those leading the business.
