Norevie is a Social Housing Company (ESH) that has been putting its expertise at the service of its clients for over a century. The company, primarily rooted in the employment basin of Douaisis, Orchies, and Cambrai, has recently been offering new services in the Lille metropolis and Grande Pévèle: quality housing for all at controlled rents. Norevie manages a portfolio of over 12,000 rental properties, ranging from T1 apartments to T6 individual houses, spread across the Nord and Pas de Calais regions. The company also offers houses for sale as well as plots of land for self-build. Our primary mission: to facilitate access to housing, both for rent and for ownership. With our experience, we now master the various aspects of social housing, from rental management to construction and development. Norevie also addresses the housing needs of the elderly, working with associations like Floralys through EHPADs or beguinages. These individual or collective T2 or T3 units are adapted for seniors and include a common room where a hostess organizes activities, fostering social interaction and community. In 2010, Norevie chose to form a strategic and shareholder partnership with the Arcade group. This partnership facilitates the exchange of know-how, the pooling of resources, and the sharing of knowledge and best practices.
