About Nordwand Group - the IT & Finance Recruitment Company

We are a leading boutique Swiss recruitment and executive search company, based in the heart of Zurich, specialised in placing permanent and contract IT and finance talent. Operating locally for more than a decade, we’ve got Switzerland covered! For companies, we understand that finding the right people is crucial for success. We tailor a full range of recruitment services to help businesses achieve their goals, including contingent, mandated, and executive searches. For candidates, we offer advice and new opportunities, to progress their career and life aspirations. At Nordwand, we believe in our mission. As our “north face” name suggests, we draw inspiration from stories of brave alpinists and explorers who made history conquering some of the most challenging, yet coveted, routes to the summit. Like these outdoor adventurers, we've refined our recruitment process to help leaders build robust teams and candidates reach the peak of their careers.
