Nippon Trends Food Service was founded in 2000 as a ramen noodle-making company for ramen restaurants in North America. For 20 years, we have provided the same highest quality ramen noodles as those in Japan for customers in North America. We have been prevalent under “Yamachan,” the nickname of Hideyuki Yamashita, the founder, and current president. We also manufacture retail products so that people in North America can easily enjoy delicious ramen at home. Currently, we have 300 kinds of commercial ramen noodles to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We are a Canada-based manufacturing branch established in 2020.
