About Nieuwenhuis Bouw

Nieuwenhuis Bouw: Builds what you mean! First and foremost, Nieuwenhuis Bouw is much more than just a construction company. We usually also take care of the entire development, design, calculation and dimensioning of a building and all facets that arise during this process, such as applying for a building permit. We prefer to simply arrange everything, responsible from drawing to key. We largely manage the development of a property ourselves. Where necessary, we can call on our broad network of relationships with whom we have been working together in a pleasant and constructive manner for years. The strength of Nieuwenhuis Bouw lies in its practice-oriented approach, which is fueled by a combination of experience, knowledge and skill. This is indeed a bit of a cliché, but nevertheless the absolute foundation. Partly because we, as Nieuwenhuis Groep, also exploit real estate ourselves, we recognize the importance of sustainable and affordable construction. We have all the disciplines in-house to create optimal synergy and return between the customer's wishes and a construction plan that is suitable in every respect, also in balance with the final investment and operating costs. In short, every client, from private individual, user, operator and developer to investor, real estate agent and tenant, is at the right address at Nieuwenhuis Bouw for (new) construction projects.
