About Nicholas & Associates, Inc.

Nicholas & Associates is a full-service contractor, providing clients comprehensive construction management, design/build, and general contracting services. Nicholas has been built by chasing people—not projects—seeking partnerships where it can provide long-standing value. To that end, the company completes more than $250M of in-place construction annually. Nicholas’ portfolio is focused on public and private sector work in the states of Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Our company builds facilities that: allow students to learn and educators to educate; enable governmental bodies and businesses to better serve the public; support athletes as they compete; offer community members places to play; and provide residents with luxury rental options. However, the most important thing that we build are relationships. We diligently cultivate long-term and trusted connections that stem from our understanding of the business landscape and an unrelenting aspiration to innovate and grow. Please keep us in mind for your next construction project.
