NHOOD, a new mixed-use real estate operator owned by the AFM (Association Familiale Mulliez), is a player in urban real estate regeneration with a triple positive impact: societal, environmental, and economic (People, Planet, Profit). Its expertise covers the fields of animation, operation, and marketing of mixed-use sites, asset management, development, and promotion, serving a vision of a more resilient, ecological city, with a great mix of local functions and uses (local shops, short supply chains, housing, offices, transition urbanism, and third places). NHOOD brings together the real estate skills and know-how of 1029 experts present in 10 European countries to durably regenerate and transform an initial managed portfolio of nearly 300 commercial sites in Europe, including 76 in France, with a potential of 30,000 housing units across 40 projects. NHOOD is mandated on assets valued at over €8 billion.
