Next Spa - Agenzia per il Lavoro

About Next Spa - Agenzia per il Lavoro

Next - Agenzia per il lavoro was founded in mid-2017 by the union of managers and entrepreneurs with twenty years of experience in the HR, staffing, and outsourcing world. The meeting of these forces has perfected a truly innovative staffing model. WHY NEXT At the center of the logo is the symbol that best represents the Next® concept, three values that tend towards shared interests: Simplicity: responsive tools that can be used quickly and intuitively from any smart device (mobile phones, tablets, PCs, and/or notebooks). Effectiveness: the ability to finalize contracts and access all signed documentation through the myNext® area with full documentary validity and legal effectiveness, at any time and from any device. Innovation: Streamlining the serial processes of labor supply and demand to bring the client's and worker's needs back to the center of the agency's attention. WHY “FUTURO AL LAVORO” (Future at Work) In a world accustomed to the time and costs of bureaucracy, Next® proposes a contemporary and technological approach to staffing. We propose a business model that, through these tools, allows for the reduction of service times and costs, guaranteeing high standards in both selection and administrative management of relationships.
