About Neos SpA

Neos, an Italian airline part of Alpitour World, was founded in 2001 with the aim of offering high-quality air services, ensuring compliance with strict operational reliability standards, both on board and on the ground. Neos operates national, international, and intercontinental scheduled flights to Europe, America, Africa, and Asia. Its core business is short, medium, and long-haul leisure routes, although in recent years it has launched cargo connections and ad hoc operations in partnership with international entities, offering exclusive experiences and the possibility of fully personalized flights with on-demand content and services. The longest-serving Italian carrier, Neos makes innovation, customer focus, and quality its main assets, a focus that has led it to be one of the most dynamic airlines with one of the youngest fleets in Europe: it owns 5 Boeing 737-800s, 4 Boeing B737-800 MAXs, and 6 latest-generation Boeing B787-9 Dreamliners. The operational bases are Milan Malpensa, Verona, Bologna, and Rome. From here and from many airports worldwide, Neos reaches over 50 destinations around the world. The Alpitour World airline has more than 1000 employees, recording a turnover of over 570 million euros in 2022. During the Covid-19 emergency, it supported the Government and the national and international healthcare systems by carrying out humanitarian and rescue flights. Among the most important operations are the routes to China, New York, Toronto, India, Israel, and Kazakhstan, which have quickly opened the company to new international markets, as well as partnerships with the music and sports world, which make Neos a unique player of its kind and an excellence in the international aviation sector.
