At Neighborly Ventures we develop, construct, and manage multi-family housing in Oregon, Washington, and Utah. We provide accurate and streamlined accounting, and timely and precise management reporting. We do this by creating alignment by incentivizing our managers to exceed owner’s and resident expectations while creating a culture that recognizes success amongst teams.
