Residential Care Home based in Irlam, Greater Manchester for the elderly & dementia. This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Care Manager at Moorfield House Care Home located in the Greater Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as overseeing resident care plans, coordinating and implementing care services, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, liaising with residents' families and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will ensure the delivery of person-centered care, manage a team of care professionals, and coordinate care plans. The Registered Care Manager will also oversee training and development programs for staff and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to our residents and ensuring continuity of care. Qualifications 1 year Experience in Care Management or related field NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration OR Level 4 and willing to work up to Level 5 A background in elderly and dementia care is highly desirable Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team Overseeing Training and Development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in ensuring compliance within a care setting. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to deliver excellence. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
