About NAFI CT

NAFI CT, a corporation under NAFI/NFI, is a multi-service agency serving Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York. We provide programming, consultation, and individualized support services to youth, families, and adults in various settings across these states. Our services include Foster Care, Developmental Services and Treatment for individuals with developmental needs, Residential Treatment, In-Home Services, and Consultation. We offer a continuum of care ranging from high levels of residential care to in-home individualized wrap-around services, visible in rural, suburban, and urban communities throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York. NAFI CT has consistently grown while maintaining a focus on quality care. We utilize best practice research and program data collection to implement systems that ensure quality improvement measures are integrated throughout the organization. Performance Quality Indicators are tracked daily at regional and programmatic levels to provide statistical and measurable data for appropriate changes and improvements. NAFI CT was accredited in 2008 by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and continues to follow national best practice standards in all service delivery.
