About MyGermanUniversity
MyGermanUniversity (MyGU) is an EdTech startup based in Hamburg, Germany. Since the launch in summer 2019 it has built up Germany's largest database of English-taught study programs with more than 2,800 Bachelor's and Master's. MyGU started as a spin-off at Freie Universität Berlin supported by the EXIST business start-up grant and the company moved to Hamburg in early 2020 after winning InnoRampUp. The two founders of MyGermanUniversity have previously worked for the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD as directors of the DAAD offices in Italy and Peru.
