My Choice Healthcare is a social care company, offering high quality accommodation within residential and nursing care homes; supporting Older People and/or Vulnerable Adults (i.e. people with a Learning Disability and/or Mental Illness). Our aim is to deliver high quality, person-centred care and support and to ensure that the needs of our residents and their families are at the very heart of everything that we do. The business currently operates across South Wales, Shropshire and in the West Midlands with plans to expand further in the near future. We offer a range of services, including: Specialist Care Homes supporting people with a mental illness. Specialist Care Homes supporting people with a learning disability/dual diagnosis. Nursing and Residential Care Homes supporting older people - including those living with dementia. Other specialist provision, e.g. supporting individuals who present behaviours which challenge.
