Musikbildungszentrum Südwestfalen

About Musikbildungszentrum Südwestfalen

The Musikbildungszentrum Südwestfalen was established as part of the REGIONALE 2013 with funds from the state, the district, and the city of Schmallenberg. The construction of a modern, acoustically optimized building with a large concert hall, chamber music hall, choir hall, and 10 rehearsal rooms has made it a central meeting point for orchestras, ensembles, bands, and musicians. The youth hostel and hotel areas have been renovated to a current, functional standard. In addition, generous catering and lounge areas have been created where our guests can relax after intensive rehearsals. The Musikbildungszentrum Südwestfalen also offers a complete range of orchestral and band instruments. This makes the center an ideal location for rehearsals, workshops, and musical training courses.
