About Murfy

Repair or discard, at Murfy we have chosen our side! At the origin of Murfy, an observation: each year, 28 million household appliances break down, and only 1 in 5 is repaired. That's 23 million appliances discarded each year. Our challenge: to reduce this unnecessary waste by extending the lifespan of your appliances. At Murfy, we aim to establish repair as the reflex in case of breakdown, before buying new, thanks to a simple and transparent offer, accessible online and with a 5* customer service. Since our creation, we have repaired more than 200,000 appliances and reconditioned more than 50,000 machines in our workshops in Paris, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, and Metz. We have thus avoided more than 14,000 tons of household appliance waste. And this is just the beginning. Murfy offers a new experience in appliance repair: support for self-repair, transparent and affordable prices, salaried local technicians, and customer follow-up throughout the repair. Murfy is growing rapidly and is continuously looking for new talents who want to help us make a difference. To view our job offers and apply, go here: The Murfy team
