Multraship Towage & Salvage is a division of the Muller Maritime Group, jointly owned by the Dutch Muller Family and Hamburg based Fairplay Towage. The company's core activities include harbour towage, salvage & wreck removal, ocean towage and support to offshore energy & dredging industries. The Muller family has been engaged in the shipping industry for more than 230 years, specializing in towage and salvage since 1911. Multraship operates a large, modern fleet of tugs, self propelled floating sheerlegs, diving support vessels and other units. The company's head-office is situated in Terneuzen, the Netherlands. Branch-offices are located in Bulgaria and Romania in order to facilitate towage, salvage and related services in the Black Sea area. Other participations of the Muller Maritime Group include Verenigde Bootlieden and Montis Mooring - providers of linehandling and boatmen services, Antwerp Towage, j/v with Fairplay providing towage services in the river areas of the port of Antwerp, CTOW, j/v with DEME and Herbosch-Kiere, providing services for dedicated maritime terminals worldwide, including all port operation activities and Scheldt Maritime Services, dispatcher/maritime service provider.
