About MRSL Group

Most recruiters know recruitment. We know electronic components. MRSL Group is the specialist recruitment partner dedicated exclusively to the electronic components industry, operating across the UK, EMEA, the US, and APAC. We are embedded in the full electronic component value chain. We work with franchised distributors, brokers, contract manufacturers, EMS providers, and OEMs who need people with genuine component industry knowledge. We connect Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, and Commercial professionals with the businesses that design, manufacture, and distribute electronic components globally. What sets us apart isn't our process; it's our community. We've spent years building the most engaged network of electronic component professionals in the market. When experienced people are ready to make a move, they come to MRSL Group first. That means when you brief us on a role, you're not getting a database search. You're getting direct access to a trusted, active community that no generalist recruiter can reach. We're proud to be on the PSL of some of the biggest names in the industry globally. The businesses that work with us keep coming back because we deliver people who genuinely understand this world. Our services cover permanent recruitment, executive search, and market intelligence, including hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor talent flows, giving clients the insight to make smarter workforce decisions, not just faster ones. Whether you're scaling a sales team in the UK, building an engineering function across EMEA, or sourcing commercial talent in the US or APAC, if the role requires electronic component industry knowledge, we find the people who have it. And if you're an electronic component professional ready for your next move, this is where your search starts.
