The Group delivers a one-stop, combined approach via three divisions: MOTIVE RENTALS: marine/lifting/cable handling/deployment equipment, multi-disciplinary personnel. MOTIVE MANUFACTURING: bespoke design/fabrication, vessel services, equipment refurbishment/maintenance. MOTIVE CERTIFICATION & INSPECTION: umbilical testing, hose integrity management, wire rope management, lifting gear inspection and NDT. Delivering tailored solutions, and with F4OR granted status recognition, Motive offers an extensive rental fleet, with a team of experts delivering worldwide project support. With over 300 employees across 12 global bases, in the UK, Norway, UAE, US, Taiwan, and Brazil, we are active in 58 countries, working across the renewables, oil and gas, and decommissioning sectors.
