About Montparnasse Factory

Montparnasse Factory is a firm specializing in recruiting top-tier professionals in Corporate Finance. Our specializations include FP&A/Controlling, Consolidation, Reporting & Standards, Audit & Internal Control, and Transaction Services / M&A. Through a unique and innovative approach, Montparnasse Factory has become a leading player in recruiting talent from major firms in the field, including Audit, Transaction, and Financial Advisory. These candidates have always had an excellent reputation but lacked a dedicated, tailored, and differentiating recruitment intermediary. The "Big4MF" program addresses this gap, connecting these premium profiles to their job market with extended services. By leveraging this innovation, Montparnasse Factory is best positioned to connect Financial Departments with this type of candidate. Embracing modern practices, we have exclusively integrated with the LinkedIn platform. This cohesive strategy allows us to place our entire ecosystem—candidates, clients, job postings, groups, ads, news, etc.—at the heart of the most popular business social network, benefiting from its real-time advantages and innovations. This results in simplified and flexible communication, highly valued by our audience, allowing us to forgo a traditional website. Are you a candidate looking to join Big4MF?
