Model Operator is a Dubai-based AI product studio building the memory and workflow layer teams need to make AI useful cross-functionally. The raw material for better AI exists: product knowledge, customer context, pricing rules, operating procedures, meeting notes, senior judgement, exceptions, and decision history. The problem is that this knowledge is scattered across people, documents, SaaS tools, calls, private chats, and tribal memory. AI does not create real leverage when company context stays fragmented. Model Operator helps teams turn that scattered context into governed company memory, then brings AI into the places where work already happens: Slack, Microsoft Teams, meetings, calls, internal tools, CRM, finance systems, and operating workflows. We build: Agentic company brains, Slack and Teams AI bots, Voice-of-truth characters for meetings and calls, Hermes-style private operator setups, AI initiative plans for leadership teams, AI-centric go-to-market systems, Review loops, permissions, source authority, and audit paths. The work is especially relevant for SaaS companies, consultancies, marketing agencies, venture builders, professional services firms, and founder-led operators where knowledge quality directly affects speed, judgement, and execution. The goal is to make company knowledge easier to retrieve, challenge, correct, reuse, and act on. We'll own the installation and any required change management.
