My career began almost three decades ago when I proudly started as a "TRACKING OPERATOR." Since then, I have followed a path that led me to leadership positions in major Risk Management companies. Each stage of my career was marked by challenges and learning experiences that shaped me as a professional and gave me a comprehensive understanding of the sector's needs and complexities. Over the years, I have held various positions, from direct operations in Monitoring Centers to Managing Contracts for Large Clients to General Operations Management. My approach is based on the belief that effective risk management is fundamental to the success of any logistics operation. For me, every transported load is a responsibility that must be treated with the utmost care and professionalism. This philosophy guides me in the continuous search for solutions that ensure the integrity of the loads and customer satisfaction. The decision to found MMRisk Gerenciamento de Riscos e Dados Logísticos arose from my passion for managing logistical risks safely and efficiently in cargo transportation. I saw the opportunity to create a company that not only offers risk management services but also acts as a strategic partner for its clients, helping them navigate the challenges of the logistics sector. We work tirelessly to understand the unique needs of each company and develop customized solutions.
