About Millis Development & Construction

The mission of Millis Development & Construction (MDC) is to impact the communities we serve as the premier hardscape, landscape, and commercial building general contractor in Houston, DFW and Austin markets. Through happier employees, loyal customers, and high quality work, we strive to create a better future together by providing our clients with quality parks, bridges, and recreation centers, which become the framework for active communities. When you join the Millis family, you find a team of high performing and dedicated individuals that share the values of integrity, family, community, quality, and safety. From our CEO’s open door policy, to the various charities that we support, we find opportunities to connect and leave a lasting impact.
