Midwest Community Services (MCS): A person centered work place. MCS's prides itself in offering a wide range of opportunities and activities at each of our conveniently located Day Service locations. Each individual we serve has unique interests and we believe it is our responsibility to facilitate and encourage those interests. Our mission is enhancing the daily experience of all of the people we serve, and helping them to discover their value to each other and the community. Community Health Network (CHN): Nursing and Therapy Supports to enrich safety and quality of life. CHN is committed to providing quality nursing and therapy supports for all individuals, with an emphasis on provision of supports and services to individuals with Mental Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our focus is to enable the pursuit of hopes and dreams through total community inclusion.
