We offer general liability protection on an individual account or specialty program basis. Mid-Continent is a member of Great American Insurance Group (GAIG). GAIG’s roots go back to 1872 with the founding of its flagship company, Great American Insurance Company. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, the operations of Great American Insurance Group are engaged primarily in property and casualty insurance, focusing on specialty commercial products for businesses. We have more than 30 insurance businesses, and in 2020, approximately 50% of our gross written premium was generated by business units with a Top 10 market ranking.
