About Merz Gruppe

Since 1946, we have been the innovative and dynamic bakery-confectionery-café family business of Eastern Switzerland. Our team of over 150 employees and 14 apprentices bakes, decorates, and sells our high-quality products daily with dedication at 10 locations in the Rhine Valley of Chur and St. Gallen. Our customers are at the center of our work. Equally important to us is that all employees feel like a recognized part of the Merz family. A special highlight is our chocolate manufactory in the center of the city of Chur, where we produce our organic chocolate ourselves from the cocoa bean.
