About Merista

Merista builds the physical AI workforce for food production. We make robots that take over repetitive hand work in food factories: the jobs where hygiene matters most, and the ones single-purpose machines can't do. We start with portioning, putting the right weight of food into each tray. We do this on lines that switch between many different products. The robot is a food-safe arm that sees each portion, weighs it, and logs it. It works in the space one person uses today. We run the robot for the factory. There is no equipment to buy and no setup fee. When the factory adds a new recipe, we update the software instead of rebuilding the machine.
