About Melius Therapie GmbH - Praxis für Logopädie, Ergotherapie und Physiotherapie

Founded in 2021 from the idea of putting people back at the center of our healthcare system, melius therapie GmbH is the likeable and authentic brand in the fields of speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and podiatry with the best employees and most satisfied patients. We value our employees and guarantee the highest quality and greatest possible success in treating our patients through continuous training. Our values: 1. The patient is the focus. We focus 100% on the patient's treatment success and, as therapists, consider together with the patient and the team how we can achieve the greatest possible success. 2. We feel responsible. As employees of melius, we feel 100% responsible for the treatment success and well-being of our patients. This also includes that we feel co-responsible for all our colleagues at melius. We work with and for each other. 3. Compatibility of family and work. As a modern, open-minded employer, melius Therapie GmbH makes it a matter of course for us to enable our colleagues to balance family and work as much as possible. 4. We stand for diversity. We stand for a diverse society and are convinced that diversity can trigger enormous positive effects. 5. We don't stand still. At melius, we think and act beyond the proverbial "edge of the plate." Stagnation is regression for us. We always want to learn and a "growth mindset" is key to our success. 6. The WE comes before the I. The best therapy results are not achieved alone, but as a team. Only when we work together and share knowledge will we get a little better every day. We want to have fun as a team, develop and discuss ideas, and put the personal interests behind those of the team.
