MegaLink was incorporated in September 1989 as a shared resource amongst banks to offer an operationally efficient and cost efficient ATM switch network in the country. After 25 years, the services have expanded from switching electronic financial and non-financial transactions across independent parties to provision of facilities that will enable electronic exchange of information and values between and amongst participating institutions (both banks and non-banks) not just through the ATMs but even the POS, mPOS, internet and mobile channels. Over time, MegaLink had transformed from an ATM switch network into the preferred outsourced service providers to all participants in the payment industry.
