About MEGA IMAGE - Ahold Delhaize Group

We are MEGA IMAGE, the supermarket brand that inspires you to live as you like. We are part of the Ahold Delhaize Group, an international retailer currently operating in Europe, the United States, and Asia. In Romania, we are one of the largest supermarket chains, with a network currently comprising 960 stores under the Mega Image and Shop&Go brands. We are currently a mega family, with over 12,000 employees. Together, we offer customers quality services every day and a range of nutritious, healthy, and safe products at affordable prices. What we do best: Strong private labels (Gusturi Românești, Mega Apetit, Mega, Le Boucher, Nature's Promise, Bun de Tot, Delicata, Perla), the Connect loyalty card with personalized offers for customers and employees, and stores and concept areas with unique shopping experiences. We offer every colleague in our team attractive benefits, learning programs, along with the care they need for healthy development, with a balance between professional and personal life. What values define us: Courage. Care for customers and for the people in our team. Team spirit. Humor. Integrity. We get involved where it matters: We love a healthy lifestyle, we support social causes that matter to the communities we are part of, we are active supporters of the environment, we enjoy ourselves together and draw inspiration from our customers' lives at cultural events, sports events, music festivals, and street food festivals. We are a united team, but we know that everyone is unique in their own way, with different passions and ambitions. That is why we have committed ourselves to keeping our promise "When we are together, we are Mega" to every colleague in the team. Through everything we do, we try to inspire each other, get involved, and follow our passions. Together, we are a mega team!
