Medethix Inc., a partner of the Health Subsidiary of the Ayala Group, is a fully Filipino-owned company established in 2009. It is duly registered by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Health, and holds a License to Operate from the Bureau of Food and Drugs to import and market pharmaceuticals, finished formulations, and other allied medical supplies. Medethix Inc. enjoys the trust and confidence of its chosen, highly reputable, and publicly listed manufacturers and principals from India. The company mainly carries a wide range of injectable preparations in both antibiotic and non-antibiotic categories, apart from some select oral preparations, cosmetics, and surgical dressings. In the span of four years, Medethix Inc. has been able to import and distribute several of the above products, especially antibiotic injections, with a high degree of consistency in quality as validated by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.
