Their primary services include: Executive Search: Specialized in C-Level (CTO, COO, CIO, CFO, CHRO), VP, and Director-level assignments. Search Models: Expertise in both Retained and Contingency models, tailored to the specific needs of public organizations and VC/Private Equity-backed clients. Industry Verticals The firm maintains deep expertise across several high-growth and technical business verticals: Technology & Enterprise Software: Focus on GTM, Engineering, Product, and SaaS. Healthcare & Life Sciences: Recruiting for pharmaceutical and biotech leadership. Finance & Public Accounting: Executive placements for established financial and accounting firms. Engineering: Specialized recruitment for IT, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Leadership & Philosophy The firm’s approach is defined by its founder's background in building multi-million dollar recruiting divisions.
